Hey, grab a mug o' whatever and please join me at Tara Tyler Talks where I fess up to which parts of Three Daves are based on my reality. I'm dying to see what you think of my alternate title. ;)
Just when I was in dire need of something to break me out of my funk and get revved up for the new year, along come Suze and M.Pax with an invitation to co-host a most excellent bloghop adventure! Enough looking back upon the past that was 2012, we're jumping forward to 2023. Your adventure instructions are here: You're up before dawn on a Saturday when the doorbell rings. You haven't brewed your coffee so you wonder if you imagined the sound. Plonking t he half-filled carafe in the sink, you go to the front door and cautiously swing it open. No one there. As you cast your eyes to the ground, you see a parcel addressed to you ... from you. You scoop it up and haul it inside, sensing something legitimate despite the extreme oddness of the situation. The clouds are still my favorite place to put my head...but I listen to better music now. 2. I dig words. I'd always thought of myself as more of a numbers person, but as I forged a career as an investment analyst and my (tor)mentor beat me down until I finally mastered the wr...
(First paragraph modified to first person from Suze's lovely words) I'm up before dawn on a Saturday when the doorbell rings. I haven't brewed my coffee so I wonder if I imagined the sound. Plonking the half-filled carafe in the sink, I go to the front door and cautiously swing it open. No one there. As I cast my eyes to the ground, I see a parcel addressed to me ... from me. I scoop it up and haul it inside, sensing something legitimate despite the extreme oddness of the situation. Carefully, I pry it open. Inside is a shoebox -- sent from ten years in the future -- and it's filled with items I have sent myself. Each item is contained in an envelope. Two envelopes are blank, but scrawled across one, in the eerily familiar penmanship that only I can accurately decipher, are the words: "The solution to the thing you're worrying abo...

Oh and on the alternative title, lol. That'd be one long title. I much like Three Daves better.
Cute. I'm on my way.
